Controls, missing unlocks and official bug reporting
Handle control questions and missing rewards without invented fixes: identify the edition, preserve the exact condition and use official bug reporting.
Can I rebind the keyboard or controller controls?
A verified in-game rebinding workflow was not found in the official material inspected for this guide. The Steam store marks full controller support, but that label does not document a remapping menu, every controller model, or particular button assignments.
Players have raised current keyboard-binding requests and a separate remapping request. These are evidence of the problem readers face, not developer commitments or tested solutions. We do not supply an invented menu path.
What should I check before asking for help?
Identify the full game or demo, your platform, and the input device. The demo and platform guide gives the official Steam identifiers.
Describe the exact action that fails: a button that does nothing, an unwanted camera movement, or a binding you cannot change. If Steam Input or a compatibility layer is involved, record its state and version as context. A report about one setup does not establish a universal workaround.
For choppy visuals after combat slow motion, compare your symptom with the Steam 1.0.1 performance notes first. That patch addresses a particular camera issue; it does not announce a general rebinding fix.
What if a listed reward has not unlocked?
Retrieve the exact reward in the Reward condition finder and keep every qualifier. Include the label, the full condition, the edition you used, and what you observed after attempting it.
For example, reaching Mugen Depth 100 alone is not the complete Mikoshi Earrings condition: it requires obtaining an Attribute in a Treasure Room at that Depth. The Art and Attribute guide explains such compound conditions.
Do not assume an unstated counter spans runs, merge same-name rewards, or use a filter category as proof of game behavior. Review single-run and total conditions when the reset window is unclear. The public listing does not guarantee that every achievement triggers correctly on every configuration.
Where is the official report destination?
Use Shochiku’s pinned Bug Reports thread. Its developer-authored opening post began with the demo in October 2025; the full game’s 1.0.1 announcement links this same thread for continuing performance problems.
The developer asks readers to search existing reports first and provide the following details:
- A short summary and a fuller description of the problem.
- Reproduction steps, in order.
- Screenshots or video when possible.
- OS, CPU, GPU, memory, and whether storage is HDD or SSD.
Add your edition, confirmed version information, and input device when relevant. These extra details help distinguish your setup; they are not a promised resolution. Do not include passwords, account secrets or unrelated personal files in a public post.
What information is useful when reproduction is uncertain?
State that it happened once or that you cannot reproduce it reliably. Record the last action you remember and the visible result rather than guessing a cause.
A player’s black-screen or missing-achievement report is not a verified save-recovery method. This guide does not recommend deleting saves, replacing files, or changing accounts to force an unlock. If documented checks do not resolve the issue, leave the condition and observation with the official thread and watch for an explicit developer response or update.
Which evidence was checked?
Checked 6 November 2026: current Steam store, developer reporting instructions, and the official 1.0.1 handoff. No control scheme, remapping procedure or player workaround was tested.
